A look back at Santa’s Grotto

Kids had the opportunity to meet and receive a gift from Santa and his hard-working elves from
16th November up until Christmas Eve… just before he set off for a long busy night ahead!

There was no need to book ahead – entry cost £5 per child and included a gift from Santa.

To capture a magical moment with Santa, visitors could visit Beaumont from
November 16th until Christmas Eve.

Beaumont Grotto FAQs

Do I have to pay for my baby?

Babies may go free if accompanying a paying child. They would not receive a gift from Santa.

Do you accept cash?

Santa’s Grotto is a card-only event. We do not accept cash.

What present will I receive?

All of Santa’s toys are a surprise, he has a variety of toys to suit all ages.

Will a photo be taken of our visit with Santa?

Photos of your visit will be available to purchase after your visit. You may also take your
own photos.
Please check photo products before you leave the Grotto to ensure you are happy with
them. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or retake photos after you have left the
Grotto.

Are we allowed to take pushchairs in?

Yes – space permitting, otherwise the elves will assist you.

Special requirements

If a member of your party has a special requirement, please make the Elves aware upon
your arrival.
