What are the Beaumont Shopping Centre opening hours?

Beaumont’s core hours are 9:00 – 17:00; however, a number of our retailers trade additional hours.

What COVID safety measures are in place at Beaumont?

In accordance with the latest government guidelines, if you are showing COVID symptoms or have been asked to isolate please stay home.

There is no legal requirement to wear a face covering at Beaumont Shopping Centre, however, we welcome you to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable. Hand sanitising stations are available in the centre, and we recommend contactless payments where possible. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures of key touchpoints.

Please be considerate of other shoppers and respect their personal space. Thank you for helping us keep Beaumont a safe place to shop.


Are there baby changing facilities at Beaumont Shopping Centre?

Many of our retailers have public toilets available, with baby changing facilities, such as Tesco and Costa.

Is there anywhere at Beaumont I can warm a baby’s bottle?

No, we do not have any facilities to warm baby bottles.

Are there any baby nursing areas at Beaumont Shopping Centre?

There are no specific areas to feed your baby in privacy, however, we welcome parents to feed throughout the centre.


What measures are in place for disabled access?

Beaumont has 71 parking spaces allocated for disabled visitors.

All three of our car parks have disabled parking spaces.

Accessible toilets can also be found in Tesco and McDonald’s.

Wheelchairs can also be located in the Tesco store (ask at the Customer Service Desk).

Are there mobility ramps available at Beaumont Shopping Centre?

Beaumont Shopping Centre has mobility ramps as an alternative to stairs.

How do I get to Beaumont Shopping Centre by car?

You can visit by car easily via the A563 ring road. We are just off the A46 near Anstey, 5 minutes from the A6 and 10 minutes from M1 Junction 22.

How do I get to Beaumont Shopping Centre by Public Transport?

You can get to Beaumont via bus and train. For more information on routes and times, please visit the Transport for West Midlands, Traveline South West, and My Train Ticket websites.

We have a quiet room available on request. To request one please visit our Management Office.

There are multiple seated areas throughout the outdoor and indoor centre.

Are support dogs allowed in Beaumont Shopping Centre?

Support dogs are welcome throughout Beaumont Shopping Centre.

Food retailers have their own individual policies, please enquire upon arrival.

Is there water available for support dogs in Beaumont Shopping Centre?

We do not currently have water points available for support dogs, but we are more than happy to provide upon request.

We do have a security team at the centre. Our Security Office is on the Ground Floor by the Wilko store exit, behind Shoe Zone and Superdrug. You can contact us on 0116 235 2561.

There are trained First Aiders on-site – please alert any member of staff if you require assistance.

No, we do not offer lockers.

Are there car wash facilities at Beaumont Shopping Centre?

There is a car wash near Tesco petrol station.

Are there electric car charging points at Beaumont Shopping Centre?

No, we have no electric car charging points.


Is there secure bicycle parking at Beaumont?

We have three areas around the centre for bike parking. The bike parking facilities are not secure and are there at the owners’ risk.

Is there free parking at Beaumont?

We have 1,500 free car parking spaces for visitors to Beaumont Shopping Centre. Parking in these spaces is free for up to 4 hours, after which parked vehicles are subject to a parking charge as displayed on signage. For any parking queries please contact info@groupnexus.co.uk

Our car parks are open 24/7.

Does Beaumont Shopping Centre have family parking spaces?
