✨ Experience Santa’s Grotto at Beaumont Shopping Centre
From 16 November right through to Christmas Eve, families are invited to step into our enchanting Santa’s Grotto and experience festive joy like never before. Children will have the chance to meet Santa and his cheerful elves, share their Christmas wishes, and receive a special gift — just before Father Christmas sets off on his big journey around the world!
There’s no need to book; entry is £5.50 per child and includes a present from Santa. It’s the perfect festive treat for families looking to enjoy a cosy and memorable Christmas day out in Leicester.
And don’t forget — you’ll be able to capture magical photos with Santa, creating memories to treasure for years to come.

Beaumont Grotto FAQs
Do I have to pay for my baby?
Babies may go free if accompanying a paying child. They would not receive a gift from Santa.
Do you accept cash?
Santa’s Grotto is a card-only event. We do not accept cash.
What present will I receive?
All of Santa’s toys are a surprise, he has a variety of toys to suit all ages.
Will a photo be taken of our visit with Santa?
Photos of your visit will be available to purchase after your visit. You may also take your
own photos.
Please check photo products before you leave the Grotto to ensure you are happy with
them. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or retake photos after you have left the
Grotto.
Are we allowed to take pushchairs in?
Yes – space permitting, otherwise the elves will assist you.
Special requirements
If a member of your party has a special requirement, please make the Elves aware upon
your arrival.
