Superhero Summer Comes to Beaumont Shopping Centre This August
The school summer holidays are in full swing, and Beaumont Shopping Centre is bringing the superhero action every Saturday throughout August. Whether your little ones dream of soaring through the skies or building the perfect emblem shield, there is a free, family-friendly activity waiting for them each week.
From craft tables to face painting and even a special appearance from a friendly neighbourhood web-slinger, here is everything you need to know about this month’s lineup.
Saturday 1st August: Superhero Eye Mask and Emblem Craft with Rock Climbing
Kick off the month by helping your child design their very own superhero eye mask and emblem. Once their disguise is complete, they can test their courage on the rock climbing wall, perfect for budding heroes looking to prove their strength.
- Craft activity: 10am – 4:30pm
- Rock climbing: 11am – 4pm
Saturday 8th August: Superhero Capes Craft with Face Painting
Every hero needs a cape. This week, children can create and decorate their own superhero cape to take home, then complete the look with a colourful face painting design from our friendly artists.

- Face painting: 11am – 4pm
Saturday 15th August: Captain Shields Craft with Spiderman and Super Buddy Meet and Greet
Halfway through the month, young fans can craft their own captain shield before meeting Spiderman and Super Buddy in person. It is the perfect photo opportunity for any little superhero fan.

- Meet and greet: 11am – 4pm
Saturday 22nd August: Superhero Soaring Suncatchers Craft with Face Painting
Round off the superhero season with a beautiful soaring suncatcher craft, ideal for adding a splash of colour to any bedroom window. Face painting returns to complete the superhero transformation.

- Face painting: 11am – 4pm
